This release features one  of our most significant reporting upgrades to date — alongside enhancements that help leaders take faster, more informed action across the platform. Updated Forms Reporting, Patient Rounding Reporting Enhancements, an updated Laudio AI Assistant are all featured in this release. We’re excited to get these new capabilities into the hands of leaders to help them better understand their data, drive engagement, and align their teams more effectively.

Forms Reporting

An enhanced reporting experience for every form in Laudio 

What's new: Forms Reporting brings built-in reporting and data visualizations to every form in Laudio. It works the same way no matter where the form lives, from Patient Rounding and Audits to Employee Rounding and InForms. 

Where to find it: Reports are available within each module — Patient Rounding, Employee Rounding, New Hire Check-Ins, Audits, and InForms — wherever leaders already work with forms.

Patient Rounding Enhancements

Make data-driven rounding decisions with real-time HCAHPS visibility 

What's new: Comprehensive, real-time dashboards and reports compare patient rounding scores against HCAHPS survey results across key domains, empowering leaders to focus rounding effort where it will have the greatest impact on patient experience.

Where to find it: Users will see the new reporting views within the Patient Rounding module.

Laudio AI Assistant Updates

Drive efficiency with our brand new chat assistant

What's new: The Laudio AI Assistant is Laudio's brand new chat assistant that quickly answers questions related to the Laudio platform and leadership best practices.  

Where to find it: The Laudio AI Assistant appears as a chat bubble within the Laudio application in the lower right-hand corner.
