Performance Insights Updates
One complete view of every team members performance
What's new: Performance Insights now generates a single overall performance summary per team member across multiple categories. New data sources feed it too: disciplinary actions, peer feedback, and self-evaluations.
Where to find it: Performance Insights can be found on a team members profile page.
AI Assistant Updates
Access the information and answers you need right away
What's new: The improved AI Assistant, now located at the top right of the platform, gives a conversational entry point for Laudio platform support and leadership best practices. Team members can also be tagged easily in conversations and questions.
Where to find it: Users will see the AI assistant icon in all pages at the top right of the Laudio platform.
