BOSTON, MA — August 4, 2025 — Laudio, an innovator in frontline leader solutions that drive efficiency and engagement for health systems, today announced the addition of two new members – Brion Lieberman and Lorie Rhine – to its Strategic Advisory Council (SAC). These nationally respected healthcare executives bring decades of experience across clinical operations, workforce strategy, and nursing leadership to the council.
The new members join at a critical moment for the healthcare industry. Amid today’s rapid pace of change and complex workforce challenges, the role of healthcare’s frontline leaders in both employee engagement and care delivery is only rising in importance. However, expanding teams, responsibilities, and administrative tasks often leave them with little time for the leadership activities that matter most. Laudio’s leader operations platform, which supports thousands of leaders across 20 health systems, addresses this issue head-on. As Laudio expands the platform, the SAC will help shape its evolution as a core system that empowers leaders, drives system-wide change, and strengthens the entire frontline workforce.
These leaders join continuing members Mark Solazzo, President, Strategic Initiatives and COO at Northwell Health; Heather Brace, Chief People Officer of Intermountain Health; and Dan Gross, former COO of Sharp HealthCare. These members have played a key role in informing Laudio’s overall strategy and innovation priorities, drawing from clinical, operational, and HR leadership experience at some of the nation’s most respected, forward-thinking health systems.
The SAC’s evolution reflects the rising level of cross-functional collaboration around the healthcare workforce and shared ownership of people-related initiatives and outcomes. Council members understand today’s workforce challenges and the urgency of operationalizing practical, system-wide solutions to address them. They also share a deep appreciation for frontline leaders and a dedication to enabling them with purpose-built technology. Their input will help shape both Laudio’s product innovation priorities and thought leadership focus areas through its analytics division, Laudio Insights.
“The future of healthcare depends on how well we enable and support the people on the frontlines of care delivery," said CJ Floros, COO and Co-Founder of Laudio. "The thought leaders joining the Council have spent their careers building teams that succeed in the complex, day-to-day reality of care delivery. Their perspectives will be essential as we expand our work to bolster leaders system-wide and bridge strategic health system goals with daily frontline actions.”
